Why not stop putting off getting back in shape?

Personal training is, above all, support tailored to you, your level, and your goals.

Together, we will build a program that fits your pace and your daily life. At each session, I will guide you, motivate you, and push you to progress, always in a cheerful and positive atmosphere.

Having a coach also means making a real commitment to yourself. Fewer excuses, more consistency, and above all, concrete results.

Take time for yourself, push your limits, and discover what you are truly capable of.

How a session works

Each session consists of three parts: warm-up, training, and stretching.

1. Warm-up
For 10 to 20 minutes, we prepare the body for exercise with movements tailored to the day’s session.
It’s gradual, gentle, and also gives us a chance to chat a little before we start.

2.Training

The content is entirely tailored to you: your level, your goals, your posture, and any medical history you may have.
The sessions are always varied and based on functional bodywork to ensure effective progress with good technique.

Depending on requirements, various small pieces of equipment are used: TRX, kettlebells, Swiss balls, BOSU balls, free weights, bars, etc.
The workout lasts around 40 to 45 minutes, including recovery time.

3. Stretching

We always finish with targeted stretching exercises tailored to the workout.
A soft moment, much appreciated after exercise.
Sessions can take place at the studio in St-Légier or outdoors, depending on your preference.

Whether it’s running, cycling, swimming, or skiing, being in good physical condition will help you feel better and improve your performance.
