The meetings

The coaching session is mainly centred on the objective to reach.

But in each sport, whether it be running, cycling, swimming or ski, physical condition has an essential importance. It allows you to improve your performance or your well-being. So here is the description of a coaching session:

 We will take an appointment to a certain hour, to which you are available (between 6am and 10pm). Depending on the weather of the day, the sessions can take place in forests,by moving on a course, track, at home or at the coaching studio.

Warm-up is an important part of the physical activity because it’s a this moment that we put our body in active preparation to what it’s going to do. During a dozen of minutes, I will execute with you movements precisely chosen for your training. It’s a pleasant moment where we can exchange some sentences.

Once our organism is prepared to efforts, we will start training. To create your session body, I will base myself to the Physical assessment that I would have established, if you wish, on your posture, on your medical antecedents and on your objective. Each session will be different and based on the functional training of the body. To variate the efforts and to progress, you will work also with different small materials:

The Swissball or Fitball, by its instability allows in depth muscular strengthening for a good stabilisation of the trunk.

By using the weight of your body, the TRX becomes a dreaded equipment for all the muscles of the body. Very interesting because, it offers the possibility to exercise at different levels of difficulty.

Getting closer to a conventional barbell, here is the Kettlebell: weight with a handle, it allows to adapt its charge while working in a dynamic and explosive way.

A fun way to strenghten the top of your body is of course boxing. Equipped with boxing gloves, you will have the possibilities to let off steam like a real boxer.

The ViPR are nimble trunks allowing functional movements, like for exemple the paddler, wood cut, etc… I use it also in duet for movements face to face.

There still exist other ways to improve power, explosivity, suppleness, and strength, but I will let you discover them during the sessions.

Your body session last about 40- 45 minutes, during which, there will also be moments of recovery. To encourage you, it happens frequently to do exercises with you, after looking and correcting if needed your technic so that you don’t get hurt.

 After the effort, the comfort! The session will end with stretching, targeted according to your weaknesses and to the exercises made previously. It’s a relaxing moment very appreciated from the clients!
